Overview
This Privacy Policy describes how Pixel Bloom ("the App", "we", "our") handles information when you use our mobile application on iPhone or iPad. Pixel Bloom v1.0 does not collect personal information, does not track you, and does not display advertisements. All gameplay data stays on your device.
Information We Collect
We do not collect personal information. The only data the app handles is:
- On-device progress data: Your level completion status, streak, settings, and celebration history are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData. This data does not leave your device. We have no servers and no account system.
- Crash and diagnostic data (optional): If you have enabled "Share With App Developers" in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements, Apple may share anonymized crash reports with us. We use this data only to fix bugs. You can disable this any time.
What We Do Not Do
- We do not show advertisements in v1.0.
- We do not track your activity across other apps or websites.
- We do not collect your identifier (IDFA).
- We do not have user accounts, email collection, or any social login.
- We do not contact servers for gameplay — the app works fully offline.
Children's Privacy
Pixel Bloom is rated 4+ for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because the app does not collect any personal information from any user, children's privacy is preserved by design.
Data Retention
Progress data is retained on your device until you delete the app or reset your device.
Your Choices
- Disable crash sharing: iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements.
- Delete the app to remove all locally stored data.
Future Changes
A future version may introduce optional advertising (Google AdMob banner ads) to support continued development. If we do, this Privacy Policy will be updated and Apple's App Tracking Transparency dialog will let you decline tracking. You will see this policy update before any change goes live.
